What To Do About Boyfriend And Best Friend Trouble?

i absolutely love my boyfriend, but my best friend Absolutely HATES him. they don’t get on at all. she says shes looking out for me , but shes told me a long time ago that shes bisexual. my boyfriend thinks shes jealous and may like me but i don’t know. she told me not to have sex with him and to ”take it from her”.
what should i do? i dont want to break up with my boyfriend but i dont want to loose her friendship?
