How To Surprise My Best Friend On His Birthday?
My best friend’s birthday is coming up and I’m trying to think of something funny (and slightly obnoxious) to do to him. For example; for my birthday in April, he filled my apartment with over 800 balloons, and the year before that, he covered my door with hundreds of post-it notes with birthday wishes.
Any ideas along those lines? (I could saran-wrap his car, but how unoriginal is that?)

One time a friend of mine pulled this joke where he said he had won the lottery, and told his friend that he was going to buy him his dream car for his birthday. When his friend got there he had a fake car key and told him that his car was in the garage and to take it for a spin. There was a toy car sitting in the middle of the garage waiting for him, with this tremedously huge bow on it. It was SO funny.
